Q: As we move into digitizing various aspects of the VSLA programs, with the introduction of applications like Chomoka or Auxfin that are providing digital ledger services. Do you have plans to amend the way the VSLA training app teaches users, right now it focuses on the use of the traditional cash box and record keeping books. What does that process look like and what are the costs associated with editing this application?

Sorry I might have missed this at the beginning, From a model perspective, the primary user is a vsla member or the trainer? If vsla memebera, is it for the 1-2 high capability users in the group or all? What has been the user experience for low digital capability users- are they able to complete tasks? Are trainers mediumDigital capability or fairly high?

Give the challenges posed by the pandemic, how would you train the VSLA members? Is online training effective for them given that they are not sophisticated in operating gadgets and apps

Can't we select one leader form VSLA group and train her/him and teach their group rather field officer or project staff?

Agree with Dev Ji, let's explore how to make the app in local language so that we can train VSLA leader.

Hi All, it is an interesting app. Congrats! I'm interested in knowing about the challenges encountered in using the app especially with VSLA in rural areas?

Super interesting and amazing digital foundations for vsla!

Are we able to track completion of modules etc even when offline and get back end data? We are having this challenge on one of our apps.

The benefit is also that this allows those who are new to VSLA see the complete process before deciding to join (see the whole cycle). This I think will create more trust.

Facilitators will have access to the data of the members

Will that enviornment can build trust among members?
